FastKake

http://www.phy.uni-bayreuth.de/~btp344/fastkake/

Welcome to the world of FastKake! FastKake will create a set of handy
and useful shortcuts which will give you full control of your Windows
operating system and simplify your computing life. There will be
shortcuts to quickly shutdown/reboot/standby/hibernate the computer,
lock the desktop or logoff the current user. There will also be
shortcuts to empty the recycle bin, close all windows, quickly compose
and send an email, launch default browser, launch default email
client, open/close your cd drive, disable/enable your screensaver,
add/remove programs, device manager, search for files and folders,
launch word, excel, powerpoint, notepad, etc. etc. FastKake is small
in size (~120kb), requires no installation and does not modify your
system.
FastKake is Freeware!

Usage
======
Put the executable FastKake.exe anywhere on your computer, preferably
in a permanent location (note that Windows often hides file
extensions, so the executable may appear simply as FastKake without
the .exe extension). Double-click on FastKake.exe and you will receive
a message informing you that a folder containing the shortcuts will be
created on your desktop. Click Yes and the folder, also named
FastKake, full of useful shortcuts, will be created on your desktop.
That is it! Note: the folder will be created on your desktop,
regardless of where you put the executable. You can move the created
folder to any location of your choice, but don’t change the location
of the executable, if you change the location of the executable the
shortcuts will not work. Once the FastKake folder has been created,
just double-click on any of the shortcuts at any time to get the
corresponding action done.
Tip:
If for any reason you need to change the location of the executable
FastKake.exe, simply re-run the executable from the new location,
click Yes to the prompt and the shortcuts in the old folder FastKake
on the desktop will be updated.
