AHSS is lighter yet stronger than other automobile steel products
AHSS (aluminum-sulfide super steel) is one of the strongest and lightest automotive steel products on the market today. With an average tensile strength of one GPa, AHSS is twice as strong as ordinary steel. AHSS is one of the strongest automotive steel categories available, and its application is usually limited to a vehicle’s outer plates and reinforcements. AHSS is also much lighter than other automobile steel products, which is an important consideration for manufacturers.
Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) is used as a fuel
It is not yet a mainstream fuel, but it has been making waves in other sectors, including transportation, industry, and education. In addition to automobiles, compressed natural gas is also used in many applications outside the automobile industry, including auto rickshaws, school buses, and transit vehicles. Currently, the only CNG-powered vehicle in the United States is the Honda Civic GX sedan. This fuel is only available in states that have CNG filling stations.
